How to get support:

A member of our support team will talk to you first to identifiy the problem. With our live remote tool we are able to access you computer remotely and can view your desktop and take control of you keyboard and mouse.

Once the remote Client has been download it can be saved or run from memory. The user can at any time terminate the connection which will remove the remote client from meory of if saved, delete it from the PC's hard drive.
