Direct Sales
Cara has developed a direct sales application which enables a large walkin bathtub distributor to manage leads from the first contact to the point of installation. Sales brochures are tracked to each lead, centralized callcenters schedule salespersons persons throughout North America. Bathtubs are tracked from the distribution wharehouse to the installation at the customer home. Part of this process includes tracking cost of leads based on marketing channel and uptodate reporting of sales success, closing ratio's etc. All this information is available online through all of the remote sales and distribution offices. The entire system is based on a mix of open source and proprietory software.
For our Medical clients we have developed and maintain a complete medical records application which includes Medical Service Plan Bill, Doctor and patient Scheduling as well as Electronic Medical Records (EMR). All hardcopy data pertaining a medical record are scanned and stored in the database. The medical records include lab work, X-Ray's, specialist reports and all other information. The Billing Module provides online completion of Worksafe BC forms, ICBC billing, RCMP billing, third party and direct billing as well as MSP billing based on ICD9 billing codes.
